How do I engage your lawyers?

Contact us with the role, the timing and how your team works. We will recommend the right interim, fractional or permanent lawyer, or a managed team where the volume of work calls for one.

What do you cover beyond interim cover?

What level of lawyer do you place?

Everything from newly qualified through to General Counsel. We match the level to the work rather than defaulting upwards. The quality bar does not move.

How do you match lawyers to a brief?

Our matching technology runs your brief against a substantial dataset of lawyers and narrows the field in minutes. Practising lawyers then decide who is put forward. The technology is what lets us work faster, more accurately and at scale. The judgement is always human.

Can we engage a lawyer by the hour?

Yes. Fractional support scales right down to hourly where the requirement is real but intermittent. You have someone who already knows the business, available when you need them, without paying for time you are not using.

How quickly can you place someone?

We aim to come back with a shortlist within 72 hours. Most placements are then agreed within days, depending on how quickly your team can meet our consultants.
